You Were Designed To Heal
Gentle Chiropractic Care in St. George, Utah
When we don't have control over our pain, it doesn't just affect us and the things we love to do. It affects the very core of how we see ourselves.
When we're consumed by pain, we ask tough questions like:
Will I ever be able to run again?
Will I need surgery?
Will I ever have enough energy?
Can I just go one day without these headaches?
My family and I have experienced many health setbacks, big and small.
Crushing migraines, dance injuries, unexplained debilitating fatigue.
Concussions, crippling knee pain, and feeling like I had no other options left to exhaust.
For my wife and I, through Faith and grit....
Rising up from these painful moments is what inspired and shaped Davar Health,
and this is what brought us to St. George to help others with gentle family chiropractic.
Wherever you are in your health journey.....
I hope to be able to partner with you
and help you see your health in a different light.
Where "resilience" isn't marked by how much pain you've been through, or how many setbacks you've endured.....
But by how much stronger you are on the other side.
Let's Redefine Resilience.
Dr. Mike Stacey, DC MS
Here’s The Truth:
“Fighting Through It”
Isn’t A Long Term Solution
Who We Help With
Gentle Nervous System Focused Chiropractic
Our kids, from birth to their teens, go through all sorts of trials, difficulties, and are constantly growing and changing.
From birth, and onwards in everyday life, their nervous system adapts and responds to:
traumas (physical stressors such as birth, slips/falls, car accidents)
toxins (chemical stressors such as inflammatory food, pollutants, environment)
sensory (emotional stressors such as school, work, and life changes)
Along with healthy food, loving families, clean water, abundant sunlight and exercise - we believe that a healthy nervous system is fundamental to a child’s well-being, and gives them the greatest platform upon which to build a lasting legacy of life-long health.
Infants and Kids
Moms
From the stresses (and joys) of pregnancy, to the responsibilities of raising littles and running companies, our practice Moms do it all.
Being in pain is an obstacle to experiencing life to the fullest, and so we believe that enabling the root control system, our nervous system, to thrive and regulate optimally, is integral to ensuring our moms are able to flourish.
For pregnancy, the Webster Technique, may improve the balance and alignment of the spine and pelvis and may assist in providing a more comfortable pregnancy, by restoring balance to the nervous system.
This promotes optimal function of the various muscles, nerves, joints, and ligaments involved in supporting a healthy pregnancy.
Dads
Shouldering many burdens and embracing opportunities is the story of the dads of our practice.
Whether it’s old sports injuries from college, chronic back, knee, or hip pain, or just wanting to stay on top of their health in a holistic way…..
The Dads we see have one thing in common: a desire to live life well and help their families prosper.
How We Can Help You Heal
Relief
When we are in pain, having it stop or slow down is all that matters.
We take the time to get down to the root cause, and focus on getting your body out of “fight or flight”, so that it can begin to move towards healing.
In all stages, we are committed towards building a resilient body that is capable of recovering faster and becoming stronger and increasingly self-sufficient.
Restoration
Once you are out of pain, we can then focus on helping your body build new patterns and habits, to keep you on the path of wellness.
While our gentle adjustments focus on continuing to remove nerve interference from old patterns, this is also the opportunity for the body to take positive inputs and create new patterns and foundations for health.
Corrective exercise, lifestyle modifications, and other holistic, non-invasive therapies are often utilized here in our care.
You have accomplished your goals, and we will look to continue to maintain and optimize your well-being as you continue on with life.
You may choose to see us for periodic maintenance adjustments, or you may have new issues pop up in life.
Either way, we are here to support you in the way that best serves you.
Resilience
It's time to approach health differently.
After coming out of multiple life-altering health challenges as a young child in the late 90’s, I never could have imagined the awakenings and paradigm shifts in the world of health that we are living through today.
Modern medical technologies saved my life, and I am grateful to the surgeons, medical specialists, nurses, and hospitals that pushed through the terrifying unknown and unexplained and rescued me from the brink.
Once I was pulled back and given a second chance as a young child, my health story has been written by defying the odds and working with the innate power of my own body, rather than fearing what may come next from the world outside of it.
Our bodies, soul, mind, and spirit are completely interconnected, so I believe our emotions, experiences, and environment are critical components that should all be addressed on our journey of overall health and wellness.
Chiropractic has its roots in removing nerve interference from the body to allow the body to express itself fully, and we compliment other health professionals who work to empower and activate the body's unique healing capabilities.
Simply put, I am a living testimony of that innate, God-given power, and I hope that through our work, you may experience life more fully than when we first met.
I was born and raised in the foothills of the Rockies of Alberta - the prairie backdrop up against the mountains was home for me until recently.
During my college years, I had the privilege of playing soccer on scholarship in the top Canadian college league, and then I flipped to the other side of the field, training and developing as a semi-professional referee in Canada, the US, and Europe for a time.
Once it was time to slow down a touch, I began Chiropractic school and met my wife Devorah while I was finishing up my final year, and it was shortly after graduation that we had our first daughter (who was a miracle baby, that defied all health odds herself).
Our personal health convictions during cultural shifts in Canada of 2020 and 2021 brought us to Texas, where I practiced for a couple of years before we decided to settle down for the long-haul in St. George, Utah.
My utmost focus in my health philosophy is to ensure that you receive personalized care and attention.
No detail is too small in your health journey - it all matters and fits together.
Whether you’ve come from California, Carolina, or have been in St. George for generations, your family and I are crossing paths for a reason, and I truly cherish the opportunity to partner with you in your health journey.
If you would like to know a bit more about my professional and personal experience, I've attached a brief resume.
I look forward to serving you in whichever way God sees fit - and, no matter what your story has been up until today, I believe that you were ultimately designed to heal.

FAQ’s
There are many questions that you may have before you begin care with us (and even after)!
Hopefully these give you some insight, and if you still have more questions, please feel free to ask us at any time!
-
That's a great question! In our office, we often use a combination of low force adjusting, known as "tonal" adjusting, to accomplish the result we are looking for. For others, we may use a low-force instrument to make the adjustment, which is a small spring-loaded adjusting tool that offers a similar result as a traditional "pop and crack" hand adjustment.
The main difference with either the low-force tonal adjustment, or the instrument-based adjustment, is the "amplitude" or "depth" of the adjustment, versus the chiropractic adjustment you may be familiar with.
While chiropractic adjustments are well-established and have an excellent safety record overall, many people find that the "push" and "twist" in chiropractic adjustments on their neck and low back is too heavy or abrupt, or they don't enjoy the popping and cracking that results from an adjustment.
With this tool, the same positive effect into the nervous system and spine occurs in the body when we use the instrument (the body receives the healing effect the same way), but, the spine and joints don't need to be "pushed" so abruptly. With adjusting, it's more about "speed" than "heavy push" to get the positive effects, so if we can accomplish this as gently as possible, we think that is a win-win!
If you are curious about specific techniques, we use a combination of tonal analysis and techniques such as Torque Release Technique and Tonal Integrative Correction, as well as integrative exercise, holistic functional nutrition, and strengthening protocols to complement overall wellness.
Unfortunately, there are also some conditions where chiropractic hands-on therapy is contraindicated. If this is the case, we can discuss alternative exercises and therapies, and we will gladly help you find a provider who we believe can help you outside of our area of expertise in our professional network.

To provide you with the best service, and to allow us to offer our care in a way that we feel will get you the best outcomes long-term, we are not in-network with any insurance companies, and are a 100% cash pay clinic.
Our commitment is to provide you with the best recommendations that we feel will get you out of pain the fastest, and that will also provide you with the strongest framework for lifetime wellness.
We are happy to supply superbills with the necessary documentation available for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if requested, but we are unable to offer advice as to what may be covered under your specific policy.
Unfortunately, due to Federal Regulations, we are also unable to serve Medicare and Medicaid patients at this time.
-
The short answer is no, we do not have contracts, long-term commitments, memberships, or discounted pre-pay specials.
We have tailored our care in a way that allows us to spend time getting to know you and your case one on one. Our commitment is to know you by name, and be your partner and advocate in your health journey, wherever you are at. We have purposefully capped our capacity to ensure each patient of ours is given the time and energy they deserve.
At the first visit, we will get to know you, and then we will perform a thorough exam to make sure chiropractic care is safe and right for you. As well, we will answer any questions you may have about what we are finding.
After this visit, we will make recommendations that we feel will get you the best results based on your specific case.
If this involves referring you to another provider who can take care of you best, we will do so.
We are here to make sure that you feel empowered and informed in your decision making either way.

Definitely! We evaluate, exam, and take the time to get to know everyone young and old before administering chiropractic care.
A calm, regulated nervous system for moms is very important for stress reduction, clarity of thought, and resilience. We believe that in conjunction with plenty of sunshine, outdoor play, whole foods, and love - chiropractic is an excellent supportive health practice that will help everyone to thrive!
For our pregnant moms, our methods of adjusting offer the benefits and safety of gentle chiropractic, and we can also support the body's natural ability to self-regulate through purposeful exercises. The Webster Technique was specifically developed to help the mother's body reduce tension and may help ensure that the expectant mother’s pelvic bones, muscles and ligaments are balanced. Here is an article from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association detailing more about the Webster Technique.
